Which personal data I collect, and why

Request for information, a quotation and contact form

Your details are required when you request use your voice for information or a clarity call, when you purchase a product and for the issuing of a quotation and the handling of resulting transactions. At the moment you request information or a quotation or when you fill in a contact form, your email address and telephone number will only be used for sending the information or the quotation, or for use your voice to get in touch with you at your request.

If a transaction follows from this, such as buying a product, participation in a workshop or voice coaching course, your data will be included in the use your voice database. I use this information only to maintain personal contact with you about the training or workshop you enroll in or have enrolled in, or to send you the product. In addition, you will receive the use your voice newsletter, for which you can unsubscribe at any time. If I need your postal address, this will only be used for sending invoices.

If your request for information, a quotation or filling in a contact form does not result into a transaction, your data will not be included in the use your voice database.

Newsletter

Use your voice sends out a digital newsletter up to four times a year. You will receive tips for better voice use and information about my trainings and workshops. You can unsubscribe at any time. If you sign up for the newsletter via useyourvoice.nl, your email address will only be used for sending the newsletter.

Analytics

When you browse useyourvoice.nl, I automatically receive general visiting data, like the most visted pages. The purpose of this is to optimize the layout and the information provision of the website to your advantage. Use your voice only uses cookies for analytics.

Your data will not be shared with anyone

Your personal details will never be shown, sold or lent to third parties. The infrastructure and programs of useyourvoice.nl are made and secured in such a way that unauthorized persons can not get information about customers and visitors. For sending the newsletter, use your voice uses the Mailchimp email service.

Storage period

Your personal data will be stored for up to seven years. This is the statutory tax retention obligation.

Your rights regarding your data

You can request use your voice to send an export file of the personal data I have from you. You can also request me to delete personal data I have from you. This can not be data that must be kept for reasons of administrative, legal or security purposes.
